RETURNS INFO

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE RETURN OF ITEMS

 

  • You have 14 days from receipt of the goods you have ordered to exercise your RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
  • It is not possible to exchange goods. Only the return and replacement of a new order is possible. 
  • The following must apply to returned items:
    • in perfect original condition.
    • unused, undamaged, unwashed.
    • complete (i.e. with all labels attached, packaging, etc).
  • As soon as the item has been returned to us, it will be checked. Only then can the amount be refunded. Refunds will be made back using the original payment method. The refund process usually takes 8-10 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
  • The return shipping charges of unwanted items shall be borne by the customer. To protect yourself, it is advisable to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

 

CALMECS does NOT assume any costs for the return of items.

 

Changes to orders are not possible. Cancellations of orders that have not yet been shipped are only possible if the order has not yet arrived in our shipping department. This is also relevant if you want to change the shipping address after placing your order (i.e. you made a spelling mistake when typing your address). To do this, please contact us by sending an e-mail to support@calmecs.com.

 

 

Any item that is proven to be defective or incorrectly delivered will be checked on a case-by-case basis and the costs of returning the item will be covered. If you have an item that you think falls under the conditions of being defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us by sending an e-mail to support@calmecs.com

 

 

STEP-by-STEP GUIDE FOR RETURNS

  1. Before returning items: Please make sure that all items comply with our return conditions stated above at the beginning of this page.
  2. IMPORTANT: Before returning items, you have to notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, preferably by e-mail at support@calmecs.com and ideally with the MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM (recommended) filled out. If you do not use the model withdrawal form, please state your name and address, the order number, the date you have ordered/received the item, the item to be returned and that you want to make use of your right of withdrawal. (NOTE: You only make use of your RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, when you notify us with a clear declaration that you are exercising your right of withdrawal and withdrawing from this contract before the withdrawal period of 14 days ends.)
  3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that the return has been requested. After checking the case, you will receive a second e-mail from us in which we will inform you whether we accept or decline your return request. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for the case to be reviewed and for you to receive our response accepting or declining the return In the case of acceptance, please download our RETURNS FORM, print it out and fill it out completely. (You will also find the form for download at the bottom of this page.)
  4. Pack the item(s) you want to return and the completed returns form in sufficient packaging to prevent damage to the goods during transportation. Preferably use the shipping packaging with which you received the shipment. If it is necessary, kindly utilize protective outer packaging in the event that the original packaging is no longer available, in order to guarantee adequate protection against any damage caused during transportation. 
  5. Create a shipping label for the following address:

  6. Attach the shipping label to the parcel so that it is clearly visible. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
  7. IMPORTANT: Please clearly declare the package as a 'return'. Especially for any returns from outside the EEA (European Economic Area), please ensure you complete all customs documentation correctly and declare it as 'return'. CALMECS reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred due to incorrect or non-existent declarations (i.e. such as customs duties or taxes).
  8. Give the package to a shipping service provider of your choice. (NOTE: CALMECS UG (haftungsbeschränkt) cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in the mail, so please keep your postal receipt as proof of shipment.)
  9. IMPORTANT: To make sure we get the order, track your return using your tracking number given to you by your chosen shipping service provider. Please be so kind as to send us your tracking number by e-mail to support@calmecs.com so that we can track your return shipment: To do this, please include your order number in the e-mail subject line and simply add the tracking number as text.
  10. As soon as the item has been returned to us, it will be checked if the item is in perfect original condition, unused, undamaged, unwashed and complete (i.e. with all labels attached, packaging, etc.). Only then can the amount be refunded. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used at checkout. The refund process usually takes 8-10 working days after receipt and inspection of the goods.
